This RAM No-Drill laptop stand system installs quickly and easily into the 5th Gen Ram 1500 (2019-2024) using the existing hardware of the passenger side seat rails. This configuration provides a telescoping feature that ranges from 12” to 18”. Dual swing arms provide articulation and 12” of reach for passenger and driver access to the mounted device. RAM rubber ball and socket technology provides additional adjustability as well as shock and vibration isolation. The spring-loaded RAM Tough-Tray laptop holder accommodates 10” to 16” wide laptops, and 17” wide screens. The tray features four adjustable retaining arms with rubber grips that can be moved both vertically and horizontally. These arms allow for a custom fit for laptops of varying thickness while not blocking drives or ports. A screen support and USB light are also available to accessorize the RAM Tough-Tray. In addition, hole patterns on the perimeter of the laptop holder are compatible with several RAM mounting solutions.

Says it fit a 2022 dodge ram doesn’t with out customizing the bolt hole are to close together then the angle is wrong. Not hard to change though seems to be good so far other than the changes need for it to work

I had high hopes for this laptop holder as I spend a lot of time working on my computer in my truck. I called Ram Mounts and got the model number of the unit that was supposed to fit in my 2019 Dodge 1500 Classic (the 186 model). I then went to Amazon to order it and got it. Went to put it in and the 1st bracket to go in had the bolt holes to far apart and the bolts supplied didn't fit through the holes in the bracket nor did they fit into the seat rail bolt holes as they were supposed to. The bracket was also fabricated at the wrong angle -if the bracket was bolted on with the stand off collars supplied and tightened, the bracket would have been tilted down towards the floor at about a 30 degree angle - which doesn't seem correct. I was pretty disgusted with the entire thing as I couldn't even put the first part on. I packed it up and returned it - I thought I had done my research and the description was for my truck - so I am not sure what the deal is, but for $200+ I thinking it should have been a better fit than it was (or wasn't)

Bracket not for 2019 ram 3500. Had to measure and make my own mounting hole. Bolts that came with bracket was not even close to what was needed. Otherwise everything else went together well.

Prepare to have your passengers sacrifice some leg room for this mount. There is easily an each or so of space to have this mounted closer to the center console if the bracket was made differently. Also they could have saved on bracket material and space if they had the vertical bar mount overtop of where the bolt mounts to the seat bracket... just the little things that had me scratching my head... and don't even get me started on the patented Rambox... the idea of having to drop nuts into narrow holes and then hold them in place with a pencil to keep it in place to flip it over and screw the bolt through is such a backwards design... I have respect for all of the first responder installers that use these mounts in countless vehicles. I will post pictures when i'm able to... for some reason it doesn't look like it's an option at this time.

Does not fit specified trucks. When you go to return it the list of fees is amazing. First you get charged 50% restocking for the box label. Second, since it doesn’t fit the truck I chose it is my fault and another 20% restocking fee is added. After all is said and done they are selling mounts that need immediate rework and if you don’t have the ability to do the rework, it seems like you loose 70% of your purchase money. It seems odd to screw customers when I can purchase ten tomorrow. Luckily, I gave on a chance and it failed. Good bye 235$ never again with this company.

Didn’t fit the mounts on the seat like it say for the new body style Ram. Had to modify. Talked to someone at Ram Mount and set pictures to the company. Never heard from them again.

Seems like it will be sturdy once I get it installed. It came with wrong mounting bolts and was a real pain to put together.
