I play percussion in an acoustic duo and needed to replace a borrowed set of bongos. I have LP congas and wanted a quality drum that could take a lot of travel. These sound great and the workmanship is great for the price. I've played pro for many years and realize cost does not necessarily dictate sound. These sound great and tune easily. They look good. I'm usually a kit player and know drums. I would play these on the biggest stages. Recommended.
