Super easy install. Fits easily into the factory opening. The gasket is also very thick and has an adhesive that prevents the typical leaking with the 4th gen 3rd brake light. The bed light is also very bright. Much better than factory.

The light came boxed up from factory very nicely protecting the light. The gasket was thick and good quality, but a little awkward to place on the light. The little tabs had to be removed to install on truck, but it was nice and tight, flush with the roof and mist importantly, eliminated any water leaks of the past. Looks great, and LED’s are bright and visible through the darkened lens. Very happy with this light. Would recommend to all that need one.

Upon pulling it out of the package, it’s looked good. I pulled out the gasket and it’s about as thick as the compressed worn out gasket on my factor light. The gasket is about 1/2†wide, but the surface it is supposed to apply to has a shoulder at the top and is 1/4†wide.Then when installing, there are two guide pins that align the housing, and the only way the light will go in is if you break them off, which happens automatically when you push the light in. The housing was also warped and the gasket would not seal when the screws were fully tightened. I will also mention the screws are pot metal and will rust immediately.It leaked from day one.My recommendation, do not buy this brand. The price is attractive, but the product is junk.

Took less than 5 minutes to remove the oem light and install the new smoked out led. Gasket seems to holding up pretty good and no issues with leaking 🤞ðŸ¼worth the money spent.

The cargo light stays on indefinitely if the power door locks aren't used every time exiting the truck. Don't know if it's a bad resistor or what but it drains my battery fast. Installed this in my truck a while after ordering so I am past the return window now unfortunately I'm stuck with it. I imagine I'll uninstall it and throw it in the garbage. I would suggest finding something different!

You have to break off the alignment dowels to install, as they don’t line up with the factory holes. Light looks decent, gasket seemed ok. I applied with silicone as directions state, no leaks so far. Everything works, but 2 stars for having to break a brand new part to make it fit, and install with no dowels.
