The foam roll is firm enough to give very good lumbar support but soft enough to shape itself to the curvature of your lumbar area. It's a type of Memory Foam and returns to its original shape after you stand up. Has a good open-end elastic strap with Velcro to adjust its length and tie it in place to the back of the chair. The elastic in the strap allows you to move the roll up or down as needed for comfort. Zipper works well to remove the cover to clean it, but is small and appears fragile. Will be buying another one for my daughter's office chair. The price is good for the quality.

I bought this for my husband who sits tall and the recliner is too far back for him to watch TV through his glasses so the pillow works great, but the elastic is not long enough to go around the top of a recliner.

I love this pillow! It has kept its shape. Other lumbar pillows usually flatten after a few weeks. NOT this one! It also fit my chair with no problem. Would buy again, except I don't need to. The perfect lumbar pillow.

Way too soft. Not functional. I bought this to replace a different that I thought had gotten too soft and old. I was wrong - this one is extremely soft and much softer than my 10 year old one.

This does the job for me in helping with my back pain when I am at work. I’m glad I purchased and the band is stretchy enough that it fits my office chair.

I was a bit disappointed in this item. First, it arrived under severe air compression and was about the size of a shoulder pad when unpacked. When it released from its packaging it expanded, and continued to expand for several days. Nonetheless, it is smaller than would be indicated by the picture of it on a chair back, and its final shape is with a slight curvature. It is usable, but less than stellar in its presentation. I would not order it again.

Great for small seats or small people! Easy to use and clean. Comfortable and lightweight. Easy to travel with.
