I've used the DeCarboxylator and a Magical Butter Machine for several years with great results. If you are serious about making edibles the right way, these are great products to use.Recently, I purchased a replacement DeCarboxylator and the Thermometer shorted out on the first use. Even though I was past the window for returns, I emailed the Magical Butter people and they sent me a free replacement thermometer.So now I can endorse both the Magical Butter product and their Customer Service.

If utilizing the Magical Butter Machine for the first time, our thoughts were to follow the instructions accurately to set a base point. This included the DeCarb Box w/ thermometer. I am happy we did. Instructions easy to follow. Please read the directions prior to using. It allows for you to find out the exact temperature of your oven prior to placing your valuable item in to it for DeCarbing. Our thoughts, once we have made our initial batch of herb butter, we can adjust accordingly. The manufacturer knows their product best, why not follow their instructions the first time through?

I’m honestly shocked that no one in the reviews is talking about how terrible the thermometer is. It beeps every time you push a button. Do you want to set your target temperature to 250? If so, just know, you’ll have to tap 90 times it doesn’t quick jump like going from 160 to 175. Oh, no you’ve got to take individual numbers. And every tap is a beep. That’s 90 beeps. I thought that the only way to turn off the alarm was to take the batteries out. But then I read the manual and it said hit on/off button. And I said WTF how am I supposed to do that when the screen is black? The light Doesn’t stay on long enough for me to even be able to see the buttons. It’s touchscreen. Why can I have a light for always rather than just the first 3 seconds? I don’t know maybe it’s me. Maybe I’m the malfunction. Nah… it’s the thermometer it is a real piece of crap. I appreciate it if it’s telling me the correct temperature of my oven. I like that you can stick the thermometer through the box. I like that the box is silicone. I want to throw the thermometer against the wall and watch it smash into 1000 pieces but I worry that if I were to do that it would start to beep at me again and that beeping would haunt my dreams.

Exactly what I needed and helped keep the smell down when decarbing herbs. Clean up is easy and management of the temperature is much better. Definitely worth the purchase.

You're going to decarb you must have this container and thermometer it doesn't overheat I tried glass dishes metal dishes this is the only thing that keeps the temperature stable

El decarbox esta de lujo, la calidad es buena y el termometro esta chido. mas lo puedes sustituir con termometro generico, papel aluminio y gastar la mitad

Works great, you just have to watch the temperature inside the box, it is different from your oven temperature.
