The quality of the exhaust was good but the flange just upstream from the CAT does not mate up properly with the down pipe from the exhaust manifold. If you are able to weld, then it is a simple problem to resolve. Just cut the poorly fitting flange off of MagnaFlow pipe, cut the correctly fitting flange off of the CAT that you are replacing, and weld it onto the MagnaFlow pipe.

Doesn't fit 2002 Toyota Corolla as advertised. Called Magnaflow and they acknowledged that they had problems with some of these. Will try and return to get my money back.
