When magnets and whiteboards become one
Unlike ordinary adhesive tape, magnetic backed tape applies and removes from flat surfaces cleanly, leaving behind no damage, residue, or gunk that you end up scraping or scrubbing away. Moreover, it less messy than post-it notes, which tend to pile up everywhere and inevitably end up in the garbage.
Dry erase magnetic tape is a very clever and (more importantly for you) cost effective tool for labeling storage shelves, toolboxes, file cabinets, refrigerators, retail signs, and literally every other magnetic surface you can fathom. Use it for stockroom shelf labels, menu boards, retail signs, factory and office production schedules, classroom teaching aids, message boards, planning boards, tracking your weekly events, various arts and crafts projects, and so much more.
Three roll variations to choose from
Available in 1” x 25’, 2” x 10’, and 3” x 10’ rolls with .02mm thickness. The dry erase front instantly turns any magnetic surface into a whiteboard (the same material found in most classrooms). Water soluble dry-erase markers write onto the surface smoothly with dark, highly visible lines that dry quickly for minimal smearing. When it comes time to erase the writing on the strips, a microfiber cloth or wet paper towel will wipe the marker ink away cleanly. No unsightly marker trail will be left behind -- just a clean, polished whiteboard surface for you to reuse.
Reposition, remove, reuse
The black magnetic backing firmly bonds to all magnetic surfaces with a lasting hold that can easily be readjusted as needed. Every single strip (no matter the length you cut) is meant for repeated use. Apply them to a clean, flat surface and write and erase until your heart is content, then remove it and reapply elsewhere. The magnetic hold will remain uncompromised, with no edge curling or bubbling.
Note: While our tape’s backing is strong enough to bond to all magnetic surfaces, it is not intended to physically hold items heavier than single sheets of paper, documents, and menus against refrigerators, planning boards, and metal appliances. So use accordingly.

We live in the Dallas TX area where our weather extremes cause wood jambs to expand and contract a lot. We used to use those door draft stopper rolls that you put on the floor next to the door, but they are a pain when you want to open the door -- they also won't help with the drafts that enter from the lock/knob side of the jamb. I bought the 1" Magnetic strip for the Jamb side and the 2" for the door bottom and no more drafts... Also, no sticky residue on the door when it comes time to replace them and /or paint the door

After looking and reading reviews I gave this a whirl.It's perfect for my needs and holds strong 💪The dry erase feature was such an added bonusCuts easily, stays in place and is worth the priceI highly recommend this productIt saves a lot of time not having to clean fingerprints off my " fingerprint resistant " fridge!

These were perfect for work. I cut them down into strips that fit onto cabinets and we use them as scheduled procedure reminders! Since the dates vary, we’re able to pick them up and situate them in chronological order without having to rewrite the entire info!

The magnetic backing is not strong at all, and because it comes in a roll, it doesn’t want to lie flat. I cut mine into several strips (which was easy), and a trick that made them work a lot better was placing a couple of large magnets over them to hold the strips flat where I wanted them and then removing those extra magnets after a while. They work for what I need them for but are a bit of a pain whenever I want to put the longer strips up. They are really useful in a classroom, and you can easily add vinyl decals. If you plan to take them on and off daily, these won’t be great, but if you’re leaving them up for a while, they work well.

I got this to label the drawers one two metal desks which I use as workbenches in the garage. Was easy to cut to length with normal cheap scissors. I used a sharpie to write on the labels, since I want the writing to be permanent; this is cheap enough that if I change drawer contents, I'll just make a new label and stick it on. .

Like the title says, it's really not very strong. I was just sticking up to metal (without any weight). I tried another magnet I had to make sure the item I was trying was iron/steel and the other magnet stuck great.

I would not have bought this product if I knew it contained Mercury.It really should get no stars, but it made me add one.
