It's been well over a year and this natural gas regulator was exactly what we needed. Was installed on outdoor overhead heater at a golf range facility with 60 bays 2 hears each bay.

Both my regulators on my hot water heater and furnace were leaking from the adjusting cap and vent plug. Both old ones were the same model as this one but over 10 years old. Replaced both regulators and no more leakage. I'm sure there will be a savings each month on my natural gas bill going forward.

This was an installation in a condo unit where the inlet pressure is at 2PSI (or 56" WC). Incompetent installers removed the existing line regulator claiming it was obsolete as "Thermador had an internal regulator". Thus, the range never worked right because it can only operate with a pressure level of 6" to 8" WC as opposed to 56" WC.This regulator corrected the pressure. BEWARE: It is set at about 8.5" WC and you have to have a good pressure gauge to adjust the pressure up or down, depending on the appliance.

Worked great as replacement for outdoor pizza oven. Produced 7" WC as expected. Good size and nice wrench landing spots.
