This is the most comfortable pillow ever! Huge relief for my husband and I. The cover smells like menthol, just wash it. Pillow doesn’t have a chemical smell at all. For the price, this is a great pillow. Instant relief for neck and shoulders, and it doesn’t make you hot. 5 stars!

I ordered a couple of this for Christmas. They came just in time. We’re surprised that the packaging for each were so small. Upon opening the packaging, the pillows came out as if they were vacuum sealed.The pillows themselves look very well-made using quality materials, and provide ample neck support. My wife likes them. However, I wish they were made a just little thicker. It would be nice if the manufacturer would give an option for one with increased thickness in the future.Overall, this is not a bad deal. I believe the pillows would last quite awhile. So in spite of my complain, I still would recommend this.

I have a horrid back injury and my neck/shoulders/back are miserable. I bought this pillow last week and, honestly, it feels heavenly. It actually relieves a lot of the pain. I am so grateful. I have had the most restful night's sleep since I received it. Thank you!

I like how you have two options of how to use it.I bought this to help my ergonomics when sleeping. I’m a side sleeper so this pillow is great for me. I feel my neck well supported.

Of all of the contour pillows that I have purchased, this one stayed firm for way longer than the rest. I got 14 months of support out of it, and it was less expensive than the others too. I will be buying again (today). If you need firm neck support, I highly recommend this one.

I had to 'boost' it with another pillow under it, but so far, I have found it to be very comfortable and cool. Hopefully my neck will not ache so much now.
