I did not expect such good quality. These markers are beautiful and look very classy in the garden. They are heavier metal than I expected and are packed very well. Each marker came with a protective covering so they don’t get scratched during shipping. I love the little bend in the stakes so the marker is easy to read. I’m impressed with the details! The writing from the marker has held up despite the rain.

I recently purchased these stainless steel plant labels for a second time, and they have exceeded my expectations! They are sturdy, weatherproof, and rust-resistant, making them perfect for outdoor use in my native plant garden. Unlike plastic labels that fade or break over time, these metal tags stay intact and maintain their sleek look even in harsh weather conditions.

These are so cute! I've purchased plastic plant markers from Amazon before, and while they work, they're not the prettiest or most durable. I went looking for some metal ones that would hold up more than one growing season and ended up finding these stainless steel markers that go perfectly with my home décor! Copper is our accent colour, and these look so clean and sleek that it is a vast improvement over our old plastic markers. They immediately feel much higher quality than what we had used before.I like that the plate isn't welded to the stake, as I find that the solder's the weak point that tends to rust on other garden décor. I was a little unsure how well the copper plate would stay on the stake, but it's surprisingly secure. These are quite easy to assemble and use. I've included photos (with and without flash) to show that the finish is actually a nice brushed copper colour, as sometimes fake copper can either be too pink or too brassy. The included writing implement thankfully feels like more of a true paint pen than a cheap "permanent" marker; the ink went on smoothly and does not rub off to the touch. We'll see how it holds up to constant sunshine: I have high hopes!Time will tell if these truly do not rust or fade, but in the week I've had them, they have survived a torrential downpour and still look great. I'll update my review/rating if necessary down the road, but for now, I'm pleased as punch! I'll be excited for spring when we can finally get the full vegetable garden set up at our new house and put these to the test. I'll probably end up ordering more for myself and my mother (an avid gardener) if they last. So far, these seem to be an attractive, reasonably priced, and - best of all - DURABLE option for my garden. A big step up over plastic or popsicle sticks!P.S. Our household is bilingual, so since these markers had room, I decided to label our herb garden in both languages this year. "Romarin" = "rosemary" in French!

Absolutely love these and the compliments are endless! I created a healing garden of herbs for health and I needed labels. I saw the cheap plastic ones and cringed! Luckily these came up as an option and I ordered them. They are easy to write on, permanent, help me identify the plants for those who aren’t familiar and they look fantastic. Buy them - you’ll be delighted!Update: I just read some negative comments complaining about a sticky coating. It is protective and needs to be removed before writing on the labels. It keeps them from being scratched and is easily removed.

I like the styling of these plant ID markers - large surface, sturdy and beautiful (I got the copper color). The pack also came with two felt tip pens. Using the pen I can fit both the plant’s genus and its species on the marker. The drawback is, after a month the ink is already fading out from the sun. I will either have to periodically rewrite the names or look into engraving the names on the markers. Not sure if that will work, but all in all I consider these a good buy.

I use these plant markers for all of the little trees I grow in my yard. They are durable and attractive. When the marking pen ink starts to fade I just wipe it off with 'Goof Off" and rewrite on the marker. Have been using them for several years and have no rust or discoloration on the markers. Worth the cost.

I wanted something to help me remember the names of all my trees and bushes. These are really fun and "add" to the look!

No sign of rust or damage and they've been in the dirt for months. Very pretty and the copper colour doesnt detract from the natural beauty of flower beds or gardens. Perfect for identifying patches of perennials amidst annuals so you remember how to care for them. Also useful for identifying any plants that are new to your garden beds so you dont forget or mistake them for weeds.

These were recommended to me as a way to label my hosta as I have not had success with other markers (plastic gets brittle, wood decomposes, painted rocks fade or get lost in the soil). I have alot of hosta so the I front cost was a tough pull to swallow but if I never have to label these plants again, it will be well worth it. I’m hoping these will survive our Canadian winters since they are metal and have long prongs to keep them secure. After reading the reviews about the white marker that comes with the labels to being up to par, I opted for clear label tape with white lettering that is rated for outdoors. So far I’m very happy but the true test will be in a year from now after their first winter.

I ordered both the black and silver tags, they stayed in place over winter. Both sets of silver tags arrived with the pen uncapped and dried out. Some of the writing had to be touched up in the spring, but overall they are good.

A bit pricey but it is nice stainless steel plant labels. I works wonderfully for marking my peonies . I wanted to have labels that will last as longs as my peonies live ...about 50 years. The marker I used an oil based marker, this will last much better than a regular Sharpie marker.

These high quality signs are stamped out of corrosion resistant stainless steel and come with a protective plastic coating, which can be easily peeled off just before use. The signs come with a marker pen. for those who like to write, but I am using a P-Touch PT-90 printer with 12mm vinyl label tape (black type on white background), and the labels look great. For those who want the truly professional look of a botanical garden, these signs are a must! Worth every penny!!
