I use it with an AT897 and it works well. It reduces vibrations noise slightly, compared to the stock hard mic mount. Overall I'm satisfied with it.

Good quality and sturdy. Isolates small diaphragm condenser mics from vibration and noise transfer. I use it to hold my Audio-Technica pro37 microphone.

Putting my mic in felt "ok" enough but it was the connector to the boom that made me reconsider. For the price, it isn't horrible but I figure why not but a blimp instead (one reasonably priced)

I purchased this shock mount for use on a desk stand for a Sennheiser MKE 600 shotgun mic.The fit is perfect and it does a great job of isolating desk noise.It fits the standard thread for mic booms and stands. (5/8"-27)

This this is so small. Not sure what is supposed to fit into it. Any larger shotgun mic like a 416 ain’t gonna fit in this thing.
