The shockmount is easily angled with its rubberized adjustment knob. There is a built-in shoe for camera mounting, and a 1/4"-16 thread connection at the base mounts the shockmount to tripods (& boompoles with an optional 3/8" female to 1/4" male thread adapter)

For the price, I was expecting something cheaply built, but this far exceeded my expectations. Metal parts are smooth and deburred, with an excellent matte finish. Plastic parts are very well made. Even the rubber rings seem to be better than "cheapest possible material." It just barely fits a Shure SM57/58, but it does fit, and provides pretty good shock rejection with an absolutely minimal size. Also works well on a 19mm shotgun microphone. And it comes with a nice hot shoe adapter. Overall, excellent value for the price.

The shock mount end of things is just fine, even comes with both tr headings for the base, and an extra set of elastics which is very cool. Held a Sennheiser boom no problem, nice and secure and I did not pick up any rumble. The screw for adjusting the angle of the head is the weak point, I will get around to modding it on my own to strengthen that.

The rubber band suspension design is classic, and if it ain’t broke don’t fix it,( as they say. I review many items, when it comes to camera gear I try get my opinion in front of budget and high end gear. That said I removed my audio technical mic from its shock style stand, and put it in this new one. I used it on run and guns, both HDSLR, and IPhone X/ iPhone 7plus, (I utilized a digital recorder with the later 2 for quality and storage issues). It did it’s job well, I can’t say I Mind the beefier looking rig either. There are SEVERAL EXTRA TENSION BANDS, and instructions, the tilt swivel cold shoe attach works fine. Hold sturdy, is well built, **** in general, not even just for a dirt cheap mic shock absorber, but for a cinema rig tension ring, microphone shock absorber. A+ buy!!!

This has worked great for me. It is plastic, so I could probably break it if I wanted to. But after reading others reviews, I was worried I wouldn't be able to aim it properly. After receiving the mount, I don't really understand their issues. It's easy to aim, if you understand how it works. There are two screwing-nuts at the bottom. If you loosen these, aim the mount where you want it, then tighten these nuts down, it'll stay exactly where you pointed it. If you instead have these loose, and screw the hot shoe or mount completely on to the threaded bolt, you won't be able to aim it where you want. So don't do that, and you'll be fine!

Using this with a Synco D2 shotgun mic and it fits securely. Appreciate the extra rubber bands that are included (they're much, much nicer than actual rubber bands!). The mount is intended for a camera shoe, but you can easily unscrew that. Depending on the kind of mic stand thread you have, you might need an additional adapter. This one works well: XINJUE 2 Pieces,(brass) 3/8"-16 External thread, to 5/8" -27 internal thread adapter.

I picked this up because I needed something cheap and quick and this fit the bill. It does the job fine and for the price its hard to complain. Just understand that it is half the price of anything else for a reason. The plastic is thin and cheap and I really don't expect it to last more than a couple months in the field. However, it does the job and at a cheap price.

This mount provides a robust grip for my Rode NTG2, but it's definitely not of the highest quality. The bands had no trouble holding the microphone securely, which I was a concern after reading some reviews. It's definitely easy to lock both parts of the mount in the desired position in the horizontal plane, you just have to remember that the top nut is to lock against the mount and the lower to lock against the shoe. I actually hadn't realized the shoe also had a 1/4" thread in it, which was a nice bonus.The downside is that the thumb screw for setting the vertical angle of the mount doesn't ever secure very well. Even tightened with about as much force as I'm willing to put into it, it's still possible to move the angle up or down with little more than a bump. That's disappointing, but for the item's cost not surprising.

Affordable, Durable, Packed with all its parts and extra elastic bands. This made this product catch my attention. The support team also went out of their way to email me to make sure I got the package and everything was all right. I am very proud to post this in hopes people will see how my positive experience may reflect the company as a whole. Hasta ahora me ha funcionado muy bien, sujeta debidamente el micrófono y absorbe los movimientos del boom pole e incluso algunos golpes leves, sin que sean perceptibles en el audio. Imagino que hay mucho mejores pero el precio se dispara considerablemente.Si eres un entusiasta y tu presupuesto no te permite hacer una inversión más fuerte, te recomiendo este shock mount siempre y cuando el micrófono que uses no sea extremadamente sensible vibraciones

Well made for the price, comes with spare rubber bands.I like the removable shoe and thread adaptor which allows you to attach it to most things
