Just what I needed to convert my "Women's" MSR Lightening Explore snowshoes to "Men's". The regular heel straps were too short for my boots and my wife's boots. Replacing the heel straps took about 1 minute.

I had to modify these straps in order to use them. They are not an ‘out of the box’ universal replacement for the Lightning Ascent snowshoes.

The first reviewer is dead on -- what you get is rubber straps to fit the lightning ascent model, not the "zip-tie" style pictured, which would fit the lightning explore model

Just like the other buyers, these are not the correct straps. Do not buy. I had to cancel a trip because I couldn’t use my snowshoes.

Picture showing on left is what I expected to receive pure photo. Right on photos what showed up. Very disappointed .

Made of hard, inflexible plastic. Rather than 2.5cm width as stated, they were only 1.2cm. The photo shows the difference between these (right) and actual MSR (right).
