So I loved this grinder. Previous I’d gotten a grinder almost twice as expensive that looked cool but drove me crazy. It had a cup you had to remove that was sharp and it was loud and didn’t grind well. So when I got this grinder I was very happy with it. It doesn’t look like much but it’s a relatively quiet grinder that will turn your beans to dust in less then 30secs. I like a super fine grind for my pour over coffee and I hate spending a ton of time grinding my beans. So I was very pleased with this purchase. There are a couple of cons: first the cord. It twists up and there’s nowhere to put it so you just have to deal with the spiraling of the cord. Every so often I’d try and untwist it with mediocre results. The 2nd con and prob what led to this grinder death, it’s kinda a btch to get the finely ground coffee out of the cup. If you use your fingers you get coffee grinds all up in your nails and it’s super hard to get out. If you like a coarser grind it shouldn’t be an issue. So bc I’m impatient and not wanting coffe grinds stuck under my nails all day, I’d bang on it when I was dumping it to try and get the coffee out. I now know there are little brushes you can get for that (but knowing me I’ll totally loose it). This just seems to be one of the overall cons for this type of grinder. There are pros and cons to the ones with removable cups too. One they’re pricer and I’ve had a couple that just didn’t seem to be as powerful. The upside of this grinder is the price, the speed and power. If they could make a retractable cord or a thing on the bottom where you could wrap extra cord up, it would make this grinder even better. I was actually going to reorder this grinder bc like I said the flaws are just the crap you deal with at this price point and this type of grinder; But I need a grinder ASAP and this one won’t come for a few days so I ordered a similar one with one same day shipping. I actually recommend this grinder, just watch the twisting cord and get one of those brushes if you do a fine grind. I think if you don’t smack it the way I did it’ll last a lot longer. Also the steel blades seem just as sharp as when I got them so def props for that.Edit: so I bought a different grinder bc I needed it ASAP bc I can’t live without my am and afternoon coffee. While I like the looks and weight of the new grinder (I bought it bc it had same day shipping, not for looks) I’m even more impressed with Mueller grinder after using it. It takes twice as long and is messier. I will def be re-ordering the Mueller grinder again bc I miss it already. I’ll have to wait a couple of weeks bc I’m broke, but I will def be Re-ordering. I’ll also try and be more careful with it. No banging in on the counter and smacking the side to get the coffee out. Since the other grinder came with one of those brush thingies, I’ll do my best not to loose it and use it with my Mueller grinder. It’s amazing how this relatively cheap, light weight grinder has beat out every other grinder I’ve tried in the last five years. It’s def the power and speed. Watching the new grinder grind I could see how much slower the blades rotate. It takes twice as long and while grinding I have to tap the grinder to get the bigger pieces to mix with the finer pieces in order to get a uniform final grind. So I def rec the Murller grinder!

This blender is fantastic!!! I am super picky on everything I order and I needed a blender that could blend my medication so I can put it into a capsule (my meds are disgusting tasting and I am tired of gagging or throwing them up, sorry tmi). After scouring amazon for a blender that actually works and seeing how much they spill finely ground dust I stumbled on this one. I don't know why this was not in the coffee grinders search but, I saw this in the others have bought category. Iwhen I got it it worked perfect! Ground everything to a fine powder and the powder did not fly out everywhere. Manufactured very well. The only downside is you can't take the cup to clean which for me is not a big deal or a brush, again not a big deal. I highly recomend this one!

I feed my ferrets 3 different foods, two of which are kibble, and need a grinder that will grind the kibble down to a powder for me to make their soupies out of. This grinder works great as long as I take its limitations into consideration and not work it to the point it overheats. I put a small amount of mixed kibble in it, pulse mix it a few times, then finish it into a powder by holding the button down for a few seconds. It is hard to find grinders that will powder your pets kibble without heating the food and spoiling it, so I was happy to find this grinder. Because I only do small batches and take precautionary measures to ensure it doesn't overheat, this grinder has performed well, is very easy to use, easy to wipe clean, and a great value and time saver for me.

Long post alert! The coffee bean grinder is cute and compact. It is VERY simple to use. It fits well on a shelf in my cabinet or on the counter. A bit loud on startup but as the beans grind, it is not as noisy. In fact, it's quieter than others I have owned. What I am not wild about is the overall design. Though simple, I prefer a grind container that can be removed and washed after use. With this design, the beans go directly into the grinder blade section (of course) but the bowl doesn't lift out. You pour the ground coffee beans directly from grinding apparatus into your coffee machine, pour over filter, French Press, etc. Why is that an issue? It's messy>coffee grounds get stuck to the plastic lid, you have to lift up the entire machine to get the ground coffee transferred (easy to do and light-weight) , and it is not easy to clean. I used a coffee brush and had to do it repeatedly to get it all out of the grinder bowl and the lid. The coffee has already stained the white part of the interior of the machine. so doesn't look as I would prefer-Ok this may not a deal breaker for many. Finally, the booklet says it yields 11 Tbsp of ground coffee (5-1/2 scoops of beans). I am not a coffee hard nose- so I prefer to grind my coffee 1-2 times per week not every day- sacrilegious I know- so the machine doesn't do a large enough quantity at once. You really need to do multiple grinds if you want more than 1-2 cups of coffee in my way of measuring. I use about 2 1/2 - 3 scoops per cup.Overall, the grinder does do a very good job in terms of grinding. Just pulse or hold grinder lid longer for finer grind of coffee. My coffee was delicious so I am keeping it.One more plus- it has a 2 year warranty! For the price. I think this is worth the purchase despite my specific dislikes.

Damaged upon arrival. Visually, the machine was good, however, the plastic cap had tons of thin cracks that became visible once I cleaned it off all the dirt that the previous buyer left it with. Was totally disgusting. It must not have been checked upon return. I plugged it in with a smile on my face, but it didn't even buzz. The axle in the grinder was stuck, the blades were only be able to be turned with high force, which I tried after unplugging not to make some meat grinds. Obviously, I sent it right back. It turned out I had to pay 26CAD for the return as the address was US...fine, I did it. I then contacted the seller and I was assured the return shipment fee was sent as a separate refund. After contacted them eveyr single week, after 3 weeks I asked Amazon's help, whom refunded the return amount (thank you again!).Overall, I haven't had a chance to try this machine out, so the 1 star is for rather for the customer service (or lack thereof) and not the grinder itself.
