These bookends are very attractive and unobtrusive. I chose them over another almost identical product that was priced much higher, and I'm glad I got these. They appear a bit small, but I actually prefer that and they perfectly support my oversized art books. Larger is not needed. The wood is very nice and the construction is excellent. I would buy them again.
