Great pack for your pooch! Durable material makes it easy to clean and the straps are easily adjusted for fit. Go for a couple little treks to find the right fit and get the weight evenly dispersed and there should be no problems. Appears to be rather comfortable too as the furry one seems quite content!

Quick shipping. Looks like really high quality. Fits my dog perfectly, 55 lb Lab mix. He's been wearing it all afternoon and seems comfortable. We went to the park and he was running around without any problems. Rain just beads up on the fabric and runs off. Also it came with a great leash that I'm definitely going to be using even without the saddle.

DO NOT buy this product!! I haven't had this for two weeks and already had a failure. There are two straps or loops that connect the bags to the neck strap on the dog. The stitching has already failed and one has tore out one make the bags useless. I am not even a serous hiker this product has less than 5 miles on it!! What junk!

I got this backpack for my near-100lb service dog to wear while I am at school. In it he can carry waste disposal bags, portable water and food holders, my wallet, keys, and some more. My dog did not fit the neck strap portion of this backpack. For it to work for him, I removed the neckstrap part (thankfully it is removable) and I modified it to go back through the loops without using the buckles and it is just long enough. each buckle piece now hangs out at the side of his neck, though it is still functional. I will perhaps need to cut these off, as long as I do it without ruining the strap, I suggest multiple sizes in this or a wider ability to loosen the neck strap- so that it is more comfortable and well-fitted to each unique dog. However, the other two straps fit my dog and these two straps seem to be able to accommodate a wide array of sizes, with the proper adjustments. The buckles are small and they have no sharp edges, which is great because they will push against your dog. The buckles lie under the dogs belly when in a "down" position, but can be moved out of the way, and it should not be an issue unless you have a hairless dog. The material and color is wonderful. The color is a khaki greenish-brown color and it looks great! I think the color would work well on all kinds of dogs and it is a very earthy, rice color. I think the material of the pack itself seems to be very nice and durable, however the straps just aren't of very good quality. For large dogs, as this pack is indicated to be for, they should be using much more comfortable, supportive, and flexible straps- in my experience with my dog. Besides this, it is a wonderful backpack. The interior of the pockets is just as nice as the outside. Besides the outer, semi-open pockets on each side, there is a smaller zippered pocket inside of one saddlebag. The other saddlebag is does not have an interior pocket, but you might fit larger items in there. The pack can hold a nice amount of stuff. I would recommend this dog pack, but I really find this product to be perfect for dogs up to ~80 lbs, though it really does depend on a dog's unique body shape. I was able to modify it to work for my ~100lb dog and the saddlebags look very nice.

I was excited to use this pack on my 65 lb black lab named Baxter. He wore it on a short three mile round trip hike with about 5 lbs of water divided between both pockets. The straps on this pack don't quite fit Baxter. The front strap fits his large chest on the smallest setting but the back strap hangs loosely around his stomach. He is a very athletic dog with a tightly-tucked stomach and a broad chest. I wish the strap lengths adjusted to fit a dog built like him. On the hike back to the car, I noticed Baxter was starting to limp. I removed his pack and noticed the straps had cut long oozy wounds into his arm pits. I wish the straps weren't made with such a thin, slippery material. I'm not sure if I'll use this pack on Baxter again unless I come up with some sort of way to pad the straps so they don't cut him.

Hi, i like the pack but the bottom strap is too lose for my 9 month old 70 pound puppy (hoping he will grow into it) and the around the collar strap is about half the size required for my 100 pound German Shepherd. Do you guys have a longer around the neck strap you can send me otherwise I have to return the product.

just put this on my 5 month old Husky German Shepard it is to large for him but he will fit it probably in a week lol. it works great tho well built

I spend a lot of time outdoors and always have my Shepherd with me. It's lightweight and super convenient for my dog to carry around his own supplies so I don't have to scurry through mine to find his stuff. Bowl, waters, snacks, poo bags.. I even put my car keys in the inside zipper for safe keeping! Much better quality then the other doggy backpacks on the market. Awesome buy!
