Best warmer I've ever had! Even better than my Mr Coffee one which was pretty darn good. This one heats up even my thickest mugs especially if you put the ceramic top on which fits almost all of my mugs. The one thing that I can say about the cup it's super cute the color changing works just fine but I don't know what this thing is made out of but it conducts heat extremely well! Which means if you ever do put it in the microwave don't touch it with your bare hands it got so hot on just one minute of warming it up that I'm going to end up with a blister on my finger. I had a towel doubled up in order to be able to move it to my desk so that it could cool down. I've read a lot of reviews about how people are saying that the warmer doesn't work but as somebody who got one that does I can say that if yours doesn't then return it and get a different one because this thing is amazing!

The warmer does little to nothing when it comes to keeping the drink warm. The heater is lower quality and doesn't really keep it above room temp/mildly warm BUT the cup is absolutely incredible and has a beautiful topper to place on it. Nice thick cup and it's Paris Hilton. I'd have paid the price for the cup alone. Very durable. Great value.

I received my order today everything is in great condition. So I did a test run to make sure it works, I timed it, took at least 45 minutes for the words to change color. I love the concept I even have the kettle which works perfectly. Need to have a lot of patience when heating your beverage.

This cup is adorable and the lid is a handy addition but the cup heater is pretty useless. The surface of the heater gets quite hot but it doesn't transfer well into the cup... probably because it's tall rather than wide.

Bought this as a birthday gift and my friend absolutely loved it! Changes color as advertised, plate keeps coffee warm. Perfect for any girly that loves pink! Nice quality cup.
