Nice and steady. Perfect size for the built in oven. Other reviewers said that the dough sticks to stainless steel, but it wasn't my experience. Just need to dust it well with flour.

Just starting to try our hand at pizza making and this fits the bill. As a home chef ability to fold handle and store in great. Price point also was nice as no need to spend more for something only used occasionally. Peel seems to be made well for the price and will definitely last through my learning stage!

It’s a little heavy, but the perfect size and feel for a perforated peel. Does a great job of allowing semolina off the pizza and back on the board, instead of the oven to burn.Super easy to control and very quality construction. The folding handle is a great design and super stable when in use.

This peel is awesome, I like the fact that you can fold it, stores easily. I also like the fact that it's perforated so excess flour can be removed prior to bacon

Should have bought this sooner. It folds to fit right in the pan drawer standing up. Opens and locks easily. I bought true large one thinking why get a smaller one when the large one would work on all sizes. Because it’s heavy!!! That’s why! I should have gotten a smaller one. It’s not so heavy a mid sixties woman can’t use it, but it does take some effort especially with the added weight with deluxe pizza on it. Well made, just consider what size you’re more often to need before buying it.

Die Schaufel lädt sich gut handhaben (Abmessungen, Gewicht). Die Schlitze sind weder zu groß (wegen Teig) noch zu klein (wegen Gries). Produkt ist weiter zu empfehlen.

Vor dem einschießen in den Ofen kann man noch gut Hartweizengriess loswerden. Um so weniger verbrennt dann auf dem Pizzastein.

I LOVE this thig! My first pizza peel. It looks and feels like it was designed for NASA. Precision crafting, easy to store, very big, and the pizza loves it.
