Ordered to go along with a 12-inch ooni pizza oven as a gift for my FIL (father-in-law). Peel was quick to assemble, sturdy when handling, and easy to clean. Regardless of the peel you use, make sure to apply PLENTY of flour when handling a sticky, raw pizza before you throw/slide it into the pizza oven. Once the pizza is semi-cooked, you can use the peel without flour. Also, a fun bonus feature is that I learned this device is not called "a giant pizza spatula" but rather a "peel." Yay to new words!
