I bought an Ooni 12" karu and this peel works great for it. Fits perfectly for placing pizza's. It is easy to assemble, I like the twist on handle. Highly Recommend.

This thing works well, handles the heat, is an excellent length. It’s not small and doesn’t fold up, so storing it can be annoying. It looks great, but be warned it is a bit sticky— my pizzas don’t slide off super easily.

Do yourself a favor and sprinkle corn meal on/ rice flour liberally so dough doesn't stick.

I think this can be better. I should have done more research & bought a wooden one. This is tricky to use - you have to flour it just right to launch the pizza onto the steel. I think the paddle could be a little thicker as well. I'm new to using a paddle but this isn't the right one for me.

This peel is awesome. Easy to assemble, pretty durable, light, and nimble.I've used it for a lot of stuff, but for pizza its perfect. The smooth handle, polished aluminum, and tough, riveted joint make it quite nice to use. What I also found however, is that it makes a fantastic fan for the smoke alarm.When the pizza comes out of the oven with all that burning flour and pepperoni edges and whatnot, you can put the pizza down and you already have a fan in your hand. Just don't go too hard, or you'll bend it a couple degrees like I did.Pretending it was a weapon did not help.One nitpick though, the angled grind on the end seems to be backwards. I find it easier to use with the logo-down. Doesn't really matter though.Great peel at a great price. Easy to transport, and is also a well designed fan.

The wooden handle has a lot of threads on the screw in part and is solid when coupled together. My pizzas were heavy and it handle them with ease. A simple wipe afterwards and it was clean and ready to be hung in the pantry. P.S. I used my natural gas kitchen oven on 47deg on a pizza stone.

I bought this peel for our outdoor pizza oven and am very happy with it. It’s sturdy, and I love that the handle detaches to make cleaning easy. The steel is thick and while we’ve only used it once, it looks as if it will last. Delivery was prompt too.
