Overall, I like look, feel, and design of this launcher. The issue is that mine apparently came with a defect, which I didn't notice until I put some flour on it and used it to launch. After running my hands over it I felt a gap in the wood near the front where they apparently didn't get enough glue when pressing it together.

This pizza peel is fantastic for use with a typical shallow home pizza oven! It looks beautiful, first of all, and it has a nice strap for hanging it from a hook to put away or display on a wall if you want to. It's small enough (12in.) to use on small single-pizza ovens you may have at home. The wood has a tapered edge that makes it nice for sliding pizza on and off of. Using this board with some flour works so much better than the metal pizza peels I've used in the past. I do want to note that, although the description says "LONG HANDLE" (at the time of writing this review), the handle is certainly not long. If you have a traditional deep, brick pizza oven where you have to rotate the pizza next to a fire, this peel will not be sufficient for you, but if you're using something like an Ooni or another personal pizza oven (or just the oven in your kitchen), I can certainly recommend this. I find it to be a good value for the price, when it comes to both quality and effectiveness.

This acacia wood pizza peel is as lovely as it is functional. It's designed for a home oven, with a relatively short handle that makes it easier to maneuver and store in the average kitchen. The peel is beveled to make it easy to slide under the pizza dough. (A bit of coarse cornmeal beneath the pizza can help if you have problems with the dough sticking.) The wood is sanded smooth and arrived with no rough spots or any other damage. I had considered getting a metal peel before selecting this one and I'm very glad I chose this instead. The shape and quality of the wood make it worthy of hanging somewhere you can show it off when it's not in use, like a set of copper pots or nice looking cast iron. Even if you don't make pizza often, it would also do admirably as a cheese board or any other time you need a really lovely wooden platter.

I have a large Pizza stone that stays in my oven, I use for pizza, bread, biscuits, etc. Getting my pizza and breads up off has never been easier. I love this. I used to use two spatulas and a plate. Now I can just slide this under and cut it directly on the Peel. Highly recommend. It looks great hanging up on the wall too. Beautiful.

Très pratique pour déposer ma pizza et la transporter entre le plan de travail et le four. Cependant je ne la recommande pas pour le service. J'ai passé la roulette à pizza une seule fois dessus et on voit toutes les traces je suis vraiment déçue. La matière n'est vraiment pas robuste et vous déconseille de découper dessus si vous voulez qu'elle reste jolie.
