I've had an Ooni pizza oven for awhile now and it's fantastic. The one problem I've encountered is that my crusts get too dark and when I pull pizzas out of the oven, the leftover semolina flour catches fire. It's cool-looking, but annoying. I watched a Vito Iacopelli video where he pointed out the flaw of too much semolina on the dough and recommended this type of peel as a remedy.It works! My crust has improved immensely! Also, the item is well made. The nonstick coating helps pizzas slide off and it seems sturdy enough so far. Highly recommended!

I have purchased multiple pizza peels. This is the only peel that has FINALLY worked. It is easy to launch and rotate pizzas in my outdoor oven.

I'm using it with the Ninja Woodfire oven to remove pizzas. For putting in the pizza, I use a wooden one. Good value.
