Been using this company #2 line for awhile. My observations is that the floroclear is a small diameter line but still strong. I got the #3 test and it appears to be smaller diameter than the vanish #2. The line is strong and just landed a 3 pound catfish with it. I love this line.

I use this line for backing on my Diawa Saltist line counter under my braided line. I also use this mainline behind my hybrid lead core and in front of the lead core for my leader. Extremely tough and low visibility even in Winters clear top water. Absolutely recommend it for my trolling my trolling needs.

It's a good product but just noticed p-line has other fishing lines that cost half the price. I will go with those on next purchase instead.

ProsSuper easy to tie knots very strong and durable line both in lakes and creeks. Zero twisting and extreme durability. I have used Maxima green for 20+years and I’m moving on. The difference in line durability lack of twists and knot strength is no comparison. I used both clear and green both 4# and absolutely killed it. High Country trout fishing in Utah.Cons Zero

Big spools are cheaper. I bought 6,8,10 and 12. 3000 yards each. I needed them before a tournament. Received the very next day.

i love this line! I have used the expensive Flourocarbon and dealt with the memory etc. not to mention its expensive. I got tired of the problems you get with flourcarbon. so i rigged up a rod with flouroclear this weekend and caught a bunch of fish. never had one issue with it. I have decided to use this on all of my casting rigs. casts like a dream, rarely have any issues.

Strong line but high memory. Looks like a slinky coming off reel. Would not recommend.
