I was looking for the smallest c-clamp I could find. This was it. But I was not expecting the burl of it. Quite weighty and solid. This is a piece of EQUIPMENT. Way more than what I needed it to be, but very good. My hubby was eyeballing it, which is the best endorsement I could give!

Nice, clean casting. Solid construction. Works well.I'm not sure if I like the Black Finish on the threaded part, etc. It seems to work fine, so I guess I'll see how it holds up.

The depth measurement is misleading or incorrect as the throat depth is only 3/4". I tried to return the item but the links do not allow returns.
