Bought this for powdered protein shakes at work. Did enough to blend shakes but I can see how if you actually tried to blend fruit and/or ice it would struggle. Overall happy with it when it was new knowing I wasn’t doing any serious blending with it. But 4 months later the batter is dead.I can confidently say that this product is not good for anything as it will break within a few months.DO NOT BUY!

It's great. Bought for a gift for a friend, fits right in with their healthy drink in the morning routine.v They like it so much, we are going to order two for our house. This was nice because we had originally ordered one from a different place for Christmas and it was late and not working so THIS ONE was on time, and in great working condition. So easy, just blend it and go. No fuss. Easy clean up.

I consider it a 3.5 but it would be a point higher if it weren't for the temperament of the motor.What's nice: I find the overall capacity is ideal for what I need. I frequently mix unflavored protein with high-ORAC and fibrous fruits (frozen) and water. It performs well enough that I rarely have powder residue on the sides of the container, and the frozen fruit is sufficiently broken into bits that don't clog my favorite glass straw. Charging doesn't take too long, but...I find I have to keep it nearly fully-charged all the time. The anti-jamming mechanism seems to introduce more frustration as the battery level goes down. Sometimes I have to shake the unit, sometimes I have to gently bang it on the counter, sometimes both, to get it to do what it's supposed to do. If I am lucky, I can get two good frozen fruit smoothies before this issue gets in the way.Noise/vibration doesn't register, as I'm the only one who has to deal with it! Cleaning is easier than the smaller units I bought in the past by virtue of just being bigger.

The blender is perfect in every way. I love it because it’s quieter in the larger blenders. I get up very early in the morning. And the bender does just as good as the larger ones. The sleeve helps to protect container which is a plus for me and it did stayed chilled until I was ready for it. Love it

We like it, but wishes it was more powerful. I tried to talk my son into something better and he thought he could get this instead for less money. Was not the best trade off
