Used this for tearing apart an aluminum gear motor. Phillips screws were stuck. The bit fit perfectly into the screw head. Works like a should. I’m a little concerned about the plastic ring but everything else seems solid with this tool. A storage case would be nice. I’d muster up a few extra bucks if it had a case.

Update: after returned it today, I drove to Sears and bought the Craftsman tool that is also sold on Amazon. I just tried it with a 2nd hydraulic bottle jack, that is same model and age as the other one. The Craftsman tool cannot open 1 valve, and the bit broke off.That thing is almost 4 times the price of this tool here, and almost double at Sears. So I now have to return that tool, and wish I didn't return this tool. However, since I already returned it, I will look for another one. Just very disappointed. I give this 1 more star since it does better than a tool much more expensive. The Craftsman has better steel (less dent due to hammer). But this one does the job at least for 1 use.-------------------------------------It does work. However, I note here a few things:1. The surface where the hammer is hit is soft and showed many dents after 1st use2. The letter R and L is upside down compared to the paper print (no big deal, just want to note it)3. The item I received has a dent about 1.5mm on the body, even it appears new (minor)4. The flat bit bended a little after only the first use.5. I had to hit a lot and hard to open hydraulic bottle's valve screwsSo, I think it's a very decent tool for the low price. One may buy it for the given price. I want a bit better tool since it's only 1 use.It's your call.

This did the job! The bits are not very durable as other have posted but the tool itself worked like a charm. I just had to get comfortable with swinging the hammer hard enough. I handled it like a pro.

Worked good, the different tips are nice to fit multiple screw types and even had adapter for sockets. Handle is long enough so you don't hit your hands when using. Little stiff on reset but should break in after a couple uses or some lube.
