I ordered 2 sets but returned 1 pair bc they didn't fit my big dogs collar, but the other was perfect for my smaller dogs collar. They fit snuggly on the prongs so I do not believe they will fall off but you get so many that even if some do, you have extra. Will be ordering the bigger ones for my big dogs collar. I love these bc i only use their prong collars for when i walk them. My big dog is so strong that it gives me.the ease to walk him safely and my little dog pulls so much to where she was throwing up. So the collars eliminate both issues but i didnt like the metal prongs, these covers protect their eyes when taking it off and on and fur moreso than just the steel prongs.

Had a Herm Sprenger prong collar for my GSD that passed away early December 2021. Now have a 6 months old GSD puppy who weighs more than half of what I weigh. He's so excited when we go out for a walk he forgets all he's learned about loose leash walking for the first 5 minutes or so. I took a few links out of the prong and tried it on him but the first time I tightened it he yelped. I realized that at 6 months he does not have the same thick undercoat as had his predecessor. The prong covers arrived today and after placing them on the prongs I put the collar on him and tightened it a bit to see his reaction. No yelping! These covers fit the prongs as if they were placed during manufacturing. Perfect solution and I will do business with this seller whenever possible

Is he like it took an awful long time for it to arrive but now that it has I feel a lot better with that collar being on my dog I don't like to think that I'm hurting him for no reason

My staffy doesnt have any hair on her neck. these helped with irritation and scratched. but they do tend to ramdomly rip and fall off. unsure what she might be doing to cause this as its in the same areas by the chain

These prong collar covers are a life-saver. We've always used prong collars with our dogs, but our new dog has such thin fur that it was leaving marks. We want to be able to control him without hurting him, so we were excited to see that these are available! They arrived quickly, and fit quickly over the small prong collar prongs. Great product. Thank you.

I have a Herm Sprenger collar with 2.25 prongs and these slip right off. I have another Keeper Collar with prongs that are about the same size but a tiny fraction larger. They slip off those prongs too. Rubber tips need to be snug, and these are too loose to be useful. And yes, the package label said 2.25 mm.

Although they stay on the prong, it defeats the whole purpose of a “pronged†collar. You’re better off spending the money for a well made, pronged collar.

Easy to put on, they have just a little more protection for very short haired or hairless dogs. One pack worked for both of my dog's pinch collars and I have some left over if I lose one or two.So far (two weeks in) they are still in good shape and have stayed put.

Works perfect for the prongs. My dog has thin hair so the prongs were hurting his skin. These have fixed the problem.
