RU Certified
Our inducer motors are RU certified. The RU stamp or "recognized component mark" is a quality mark issued by the Underwriters Laboratories (UL). It's placed on components which are intended to be part of a UL listed product (your furnace). This means they've been tested and meet or exceed all US and Canadian safety concerns. Your families protection is just as important to us as getting you the correct part for your repair!
Full Assembly
This PRYSM inducer motor is a full assembly. That means it comes with everything that makes up the motor portion of your furnace (minus any hook-up gaskets). When you buy this motor you get the motor, housing, felt and blower wheel.
Sound Dampening
One more important component that comes with this motor is a piece of felt that is attached to the housing. This felt will sit in-between the housing of the motor and where it is attached to your furnace. It will protect your furnace by preventing any metal on metal contact, make your furnace a more quiet machine and create a seal.

After the inducer went out on my furnace I found the unit for about 200 bucks online aftermarket. I decided to check Amazon and it was 100 dollars cheaper so I gave it a try. No complaints, seems well built and definitely a thicker metal than the original one. It's been installed for a few weeks now and no issues. First thing I did notice was how quite this unit is compared to the original. Super easy to install with only a flat head (atleast on my furnace).

The plastic round end cap was broken and rubbing. I took off the old one and swapped them. Thankfully they were the same size.Tip. Brush and vacuum everything out real fast and swap the plastic exhaust duct adapter and your good

My Goodman GMP125-5 furnace inducer motor bearings were worn out where it failed to start spinning when power was delivered to it causing a "pressure switch failed to close" diagnostic code. My package was delivered at 7pm and I had it installed by 8pm. All of the screw holes lined up perfectly and the replacement couldn't have been easier (unless my furnace was somewhere other than the crawlspace). Very pleased with the quality and ease of installation on top of the fact that I was able to save money by making the repair myself!

This is a great blower fan, works perfectly. The shipping packaging could be improved. The plastic piece on the end was busted, thankfully I had the old one and swapped it over. Could be due to the delivery driver, they also left the package where it was rained on all day before I got home.

This is a direct replacement Inducer Blower Motor for GMP100-3 furnace serial # 9309009975. It is also the lowest priced. Easy to install and works great! The original inducer blower started shorting out with one of the wires where the connector plugs into and that’s not replaceable. So the inducer blower needed replaced. I hope the model number I added in the title and this description makes it easier to find on google for those with the same furnace.

Used this to replace a inducer on a older furnace. Fit perfect and worked like it should. It was not loud operated just like the oem unit. Came in a day early so that was a bonus and was a lot cheaper than the supply house.

A friend called and told me her furnace wasn't working. Unfortunately, we only ever tend to realize this when it's cold out, and need heat. I'm not a furnace repair technician, but I've done work on my own units in the past, and helped other friends with theirs when they were in need.There are several things one should probably know, prior to attempting to repair a furnace......but I'll just say this: If you don't have a decent understanding of electrical or gas safety, just call a trained professional, if you can afford to.That being said.....after taking a look at her furnace, and checking the fault lights on the control board, checking the pressure switch to verify operation, etc.....I was able to determine that, even though the Inducer fan on her unit was functioning (without any noticeable noise/vibration/etc), it was in need of replacement. After throroughly cleaning/vacuuming the furnace out, and reinstalling the new inducer fan, the furnace worked flawlessly, and she was able to avoid freezing.She has an older Goodman GMP100-4 furnace, and this replacement unit was an exact match for the unit that I removed.When replacing pressure switches/inducer motors/etc......remember, that they're not universal. Make sure you buy the right part for your furnace.This inducer motor was well packaged, and did have the gasket already mounted to the fan housing. At this price (less than $70 at the time of purchase, with same day shipping) it really was a great buy. Would definitely recommend this product.

It's works only for a day now not working properly, sometime it's starting sometime not.
