When putting plastic tank caps back on you might have to lightly tap with hammer from one end to the other on the aluminum tabs then use tool to close it up, maybe I pulled too far out on the tabs, regardless it worked as expected and happy with results. Would definitely recommend.

Had some old radiators laying around and wanted to scrap/recycle them. Usually we just use a saws-all and cut the tanks off but that dulls the blades fast. This tool took a little getting used to but it made quick work and less mess of them!
