Love how the rainwater in the glass tube exaggerated the blue measurements on the gauge, so it can be easily viewed.

Very disappointed as this is a beautiful rain gauge. The first snow we got, the gauge cracked and broke. I enjoyed using it until then. I would not recommend this product.

I will not be able to use the stem to place in the ground since it is short and not well made to support the weight of the glass container. I am going to attach the glass container with the holder directly to my deck.

I like the larger size of this rain gauge. Easy to read. The first one I received was shattered and they wanted it returned which is kind of silly as well as a hassle for a $7 rain gauge. But all-in-all I would recommend it.

This rain gauge might be good if placed on a fence away from trees and every day activity. It is pretty and functional. BUT the glass gauge is very thin and easily breakable and mine broke just out of Amazon warranty period.

Would give 3.5 if able. Nice rain gauge for a weather nerd like me, nice crystal clear catch basin, nice stand, and delivered on time. However, the production quality leaves something to be desired. The execution of painting the measurement scale is poor. It is not straight up and down vertical, it skews off center. I was going to return it, but decided against. It certainly is better than the plastic one I was using, so que sera, sera...
