This is an easy to fill, easy to use with a decent flame. I primarily use it for caramelizing desserts or melting cheese or toasting crumbs for a finishing touch to casseroles. I guess there are many other uses such as crafts etc... The canister is pretty large so it hold a good amount of butane. This is my second one and this one is a little pricey but it looks and works great.

Got this torch, as every kitchen should have one!! It is a little heavy but a great torch for kitchen/outdoor use or actually, any torch use!! This torch is easy enough to fill with butane. Love the press ignitor and the adjustable flame. It is just a little big for my hands but they are on the smaller side. Overall, this is a great kitchen/outdoor tool to have around. Glad I have one now.....like the quality!!

This butane torch works great! It was easy to fill, holds up well with its stand, and has a solid adjustable flame. I mostly just got this to make creme brulee and this works great for that. I also am excited to have it around the next time I make lemon meringue pie, since this should help with some of the browning of the toping that tends to get uneven in the oven. This puts out some great heat. If you are needing a butane torch, this one is great!

I got this for removing tiny strings off my 3D prints and while it is two handed most of my prints can be done by turning it on and while in the base running my prints across the flame very quickly to get rid of the "hairs and strings". It also works very well on my prints to give it a burnt look on parts I may wish that look on.The base is very hard to get the torch to snap into but once done it is not going to fall out very easy. It comes with two nozzles and a long stem to push into the refill hole to drain it if needed. I do not know how much butane this takes but it will gas out when filled.It is fairly heavy but easy to grip, and use. I like it. Can be used for many other things as well such as starting fires, soldering or heating up stuck nuts and bolts.I like it and the price is right for me.
