I have a 2005 Ford F150 and it fit perfectly. Install took about 30-40 minutes. It seems to be of decent quality, not OEM, but still good. No issues. Highly recommend! Cheaper than Rock Auto and that is rare!

I’m done with trying to piece-mill repair the door latches using little aluminum cable end pieces and individual cables. This whole latch system is the only way to go for me now. It fits perfectly and works perfectly. Easy to install.

Replaced the workings on my 2001 F250. All the latches fit except for one top one. One of the mounting tabs had to have a gentle tweak and the hole stretched a little bit to get the bolt in. Also, the actuator rod clips were oversized, not clamping on the threaded ends of the rods. I simply re-used the factory ones off the old latch mechanism (so don't destroy the originals when removing them!) The new installation works flawlessly. And at this price point, I'd give it 5 stars for value!

You can watch some videos to install. Saves us a lot of money. Took a little time to get it done but a great weekend project

Easy replacement on a 2004 (new style) F150. The size and shapes appear to be identical to OEM. There are some color differences in the metal and plastic finishes -- maybe it won't last as long, but OEM is discontinued and these are a fraction of the price. The grommet for the control link that disables the mechanism when the front door is closed was the correct size, but it was inserted from the wrong side on the plate. Easy to pop out with needle nose pliers and reinsert on the other side. Lay the old assembly next to the new assembly and compare them, it will be obvious if you need to flip it since they are otherwise identical. I initially tried the aluminum replacement cable ends, but I think I bent one of the wires inside the sheath while trying to cram the ends on the cable -- so the door would open, but the mechanism wouldn't reset on its own so the door wouldn't latch close without fiddling with it. It would be nice if these were upgraded with the aluminum cable ends, but for the price I'm happy so far and hopefully won't have to deal with it for another 20 years.
