Bought this for my welding helmet and now I use it exclusively on all of my car work. You can hold it in your hand, hold it in your mouth, get it into small places, jam it into corners, and it lasts for hours! Super bright with just enough beam spread.I bought another one so there is always one at hand in my garage.

I think the photos make this look much larger than it is. It's under 1-1/4" x 2-1/2", which makes it nice and compact on my welding hood. Super light-weight, too.It comes with two pieces of excellent double-sided tape, which is nice because I messed up the placement on the first try.The brightness is just right. It clearly illuminates what I'm working on without being blinding. It lasts at least 3+ hours on the high setting, which is as long as I've needed it on at once. Big thumbs up for using USB-C.My chief complaints:- The light area is a little small. A wider cone would sacrifice brightness or battery life, though.- Some kind of power level indicator would be nice. Right now I don't know when I need to charge it so I just charge it after every use.

I ended up buying 2 of these for my 2 Optrel welding helmets. I can't believe I went this long without a helmet light. Nice low profile and excellent illumination. Time tested axiom of welding: "If you can't see it, you can't weld it." This makes the welding area very visible.

It’s a nice little Hood light that gets the job done. I have a job that requires me to tac and weld little welds all over the dark crevices of a jig, that means a lot of flipping up the hood if you can’t see in those dark areas, but this light makes it to where I don’t have to lift my hood up anymore, it lasts the whole 10 hour shifts as long as I charge it overnight. I like the quick disconnect for the light so you can charge it unfortunately I broke my little plastic tab and I have to tape it but still works. I’m not a fan of how it turns off by holding the button, tapping it just switches mode, which I can see how in other jobs it would be useful. Overall good product especially for the money

I've only used this light for 1 day, but so far the day has been much brighter. This was easy to mount, the adhesive stuck very well and I can adjust the angle easily. I still have full use of my shield without interference with the mount. I haven't gotten it wet yet, which will inevitably happen working outside. Hopefully the light will withstand the rain.

Product sold as firefighter flashlight but stopped to work after less than a year for no reason … great chance it didn’t happen during a rescue operation …! Absolutely too expensive for the quality, I even tried to reach them to ask for a replacement to give it another try but they wouldn’t even care to answer . 100% trash customer service and cheap product. When it worked the light level was very good it could’ve been a great product.
