The 4 wheels is such a game changer I can walk this around with ease when full the 21 gallon one I have only has 2 wheels and was impossible to walk with had to tow it with something. Only complaint i have with this is they didn't tighten the bolts on the lower drain valve but that took 2 seconds thankfully I tested it with gray water first I won't give less than 5 star review on it either way hands down best money can buy!

We have only used this two times but it is working well. It’s nice to be able to take advantage of lakeside sites with no sewer connection at state parks. We don’t have to break down our camp site just to go to the dump station. We are full hook-up campers and we can now stay longer at sites with no sewer connection. It is pretty easy to use and to tow SLOWLY to the dump station to dump. We didn’t get the top hook connection for the handle when delivered however.

This thing is an absolute tank! I like everything about it so far, but will not have a complete review for another week. Beware this is heavy and pretty large! You should have a carrier on your trailer to haul this.

Wow! I didn't stop to think about how large a 36 gallon waste tank would be. It's a massive size tank. Fortunately, it comes with nice rolling wheels and a hook for your hitch to slowly drag it to a dump. It comes with all of the accessories which is nice. Putting it together was easy with one exception. One of the two bolt holes for the ladder hook wouldn't grab the screw. The box arrived pretty beat up and there were scratches on the tow handle but everything appeared fine. No damage to the tank. The only other issue, is the rubber gaskets do not stay seated. They easily fall out which could be an issue if you're not paying attention, when removing the caps, and losing them on a camping trip.
