I am pleased with this product. It is convenient to have at home or vacation and it keeps you limber along with your muscles getting a mild or intense workout. The color of band lets you know how intense the resistance or workout will be; it is also listed on the handle, which is a nice touch. The handle is well made and gives your hands a good grip for your workout. I have two of these bands and enjoy the quality, as I get stronger I know that I will order as needed for my stretching workouts. The band comes in a nice, strong, box..... so easy to gift it to your family or friends.

Had my eye on this for a while, and I'm glad I finally got it. First, it came packaged perfectly, and after a little try-out I think it will work beautifully. It's very sturdy, can be made to be used for pretty much every body part (though I'm using mostly for upper body), and is light and small enough for travel. It provides great resistance (the purple one) too. Very pleased.

This has a nice amount of resistance! Definitely a good addition to my workout equipment. If you don’t have a lot of space, I recommended getting bands. You can do quite a few exercises with these and they take up very little space.

I am impressed with the packaging, quality of ropes, weight resistance labeling on the soft handles, and ability to hook in doorway or on a bar. The boxes come with suggested exercise guides, too. I got these to help with my PT exercises on days I'm not at the clinic. I showed them to my PTs and they were very impressed with how high quality they are. I had to return the two pairs with higher weight resistance that I originally bought, as they were geared for a serious athlete level. The company made it extremely simple to do so.

This exercise band came quickly and was well packaged. Unfortunately, it has less resisttance than I expected.

Thay have included a workout chart with the band too !! Would have been better it the loop had a strap to use it on fixed rods !
