After wasting my money on two different non-skid rug pads for a hearth rug at my kitchen sink, neither of which prevented the movement of the rug, I decided to give these reusable sticky grips a try. They are sticky on both sides, and guaranteed to not damage the floor. Just place one on each corner of your rug, press it to the floor, and voila; no more slipping! When ready to remove, they do so easily leaving little to no residue. Any residue that remains can be removed with plain water and a soft cloth, and the grips can be rinsed under water to be used again. These grips have saved my sanity. If only I'd seen them first.

These work great. My dogs haven't been able to move my rug an inch!
