This is a perfect kit for any small project that needs some LED lights. I installed this in my small camper. It’s amazing how easy the strip installed, and pieced together, the power source is plug and play so you can’t get any easier that that! Overall, this was a great kit! Highly recommended

This is a GREAT value for RV lights. There are all the colors of RGB, 4 intensities, 8 motion modes, and 4 music modes, all the wiring connections to use with a portable battery, car 12v cig outlet, or hardwired. There is a remote too. There are 6 meters./just shy of 20 ft of lights on the spool-many others have only around 5 meters/16 feet. The lights have a nice silicone face for waterproofing. There are clips included and the strip has an adhesive back. A complete kit! This system was so simple to plug together and use my portable power station to light them up. More fun was exploring all the modes. I really like the on/off button at the end of the 12 plug. Since I will be using this in my van, which I power with portable batteries only, I will be able to see if the power is cut to the lights just by looking at the plug. I was playing with them for about an hour and they did not get hot at all. Oh my!!!! I cannot wait to get these installed! Love them and probably need more.

Needed these for decorative purposes. The included cigarette lighter was useless for my application so I appreciated the bare wire accessory which I hard wired into a power wheel adaptor allowing me to run this light string off any of my 20v Craftsman tool batteries. Installation is very easy but beware the sticky tape will not hold for long in an outdoor environment. Especially if the adhesive is holding its own weight when the light strip is facing down. I add super glue to help hold it in place if the included clips won't work in your situation.This is a good, well built light string, lights are bright. Accessories include a splitter cable if you want to run another separate light strip. This unit is a bit overpriced IMO, but overall a pretty decent light string.

Not sure why companies continue to use 3M (or other type) of tape to hold these lights as they never seem to hold in the first place or not for very long. When the lights heat up, it also makes the glue loosen a bit and you see sagging etc. Why I have reverted to using my own two sided tape to hold lights such as these up. For this price 20ft isn't all that much for these types of lights.The remote works fine, and the lights are decent with some good patterns and quality brightness. 3 stars instead of 4 due to the tape, though you are not just limited to a cigarette lighter to power these lights. It also includes a wire with adapter that had two power wires to let you hook up to a DC based system whether it's a battery, another power adapter, etc. One end attaches to the lights adapter, and then other end is two exposed black and red wires to wiring up to whatever you choose to do with (just not AC directly).Overall the lights are decent, glue not so great, and 20 feet isn't that long of a light string nowadays for tape type lights. If you are going to hook them up to your Motorhome or camper you will probably need at least two sets of these lights to do so.

I like the 20ft strip and the light combinations offered by using the remote control. The option for hardwiring the 12v light or using the 12v plug is also a good option. I was hoping to drape the lights by using the clips, so I would have prefered the back not having the adhesive on the entire strip. Using a 12v plug to alligator clip adapter adds some versatility to the lights. In addition to a vehicle, these would work great while tent camping or ice fishing, or any other outdoor night activity. The remove functions well as long as the IR sensor is in view. I also like the flexible rubber sheathing that protects the lights. It should keep the lights safe from the elements. I think they are nice and I will get them to work for my application.
