The quality of this saddle bag is top notch. Our pup was so excited to put it on and strut his stuff. We will definitely be using this for camping and hiking trips in the near future! The color is great, compartments will fit just enough and the water bowls are an awesome bonus! The fit was just right, we sized up because our pup has some girth around the chest area and it was perfect. Straps are adjustable and the padding all around seems very comfortable. If you’re still reading reviews and contemplating which bag to go with, this is the one!

So glad I purchased this pack for my dog. My dog absolutely loves it. The pack is lightweight but seems to be very durable. I love the fact that it came with two bowls for her water and food. I keep the collapsible bowls stuffed in the elastic bungee pockets and keep her food, extra water, and first aid in the zippered pockets. So glad I took a chance on this pack.

I bought this for my 100lb golden retriever. It's usually hard to find things for him as he's incredibly large for his breed, but this was PERFECT. It adjusts beautifully and has enough clasps that I can always find a way to hook him in without having to move him around too much. There were plenty of places for me to adjust straps so it really felt like a customized fit for him. He LOVES it! And the side pockets are perfect for carrying his water and food on longer hikes.

Love the pack the only thing with all of these backs just about is that they do have a tendency to swing around the body of the dog when on the move. But we are newbies to these things so suspect once we get a routine all will be well. You have room for a 16 oz bottle of water, bag of snacks, and pop bags on each side.

Good lil day pack for the fur face-- the pockets are a lil smaller than I hoped-- I have a 20oz bottle I like to have Luther carry for his dog water, and it mostly fits. It can't sit in there, and be zipped up all the way, but it sits far enough in that it doesn't fall out or anything. Others mention it, and I'll confirm, if you don't balance the weight on both sides, it slips and lays crooked on him. Many moons ago, I had saddle bags for my other pup (who is now passed), and that wasn't a problem with it. But, this one gets the job done! When this pack lives out it's purpose, I'll probably find another size that holds a bit more, but no major complaints with this!
