Noticed the fan had become noisy or would occasionally not even turn on when the A/C was turned on, no matter how high the fan speed was set. Realized it was simply the blower motor. Very simple/easy fix. The quality of this replacement seemed as good as the original. Much quieter and much stronger fan output even at lower speeds compared the original. Still working great 3 months after I installed.

Works great. Looks like the original. Took 15 mins to install with a little help from YouTube. 15 mins + part cost - Vs - almost $600 the dealership would have charged. If I can do it, you can too.

I put 4 for noise level even though my old one rattled because it does whine a little. Just sounds like a new motor I guess. Mounted right up in 15 minutes on my 2011 ram 2500.

I got this for a fraction (1/5) of the price that the Auto stores was selling it for. And the installation took about an hour, as I was being very careful. It works like a charm, and now I get air throughout the car. This blower motor looks exactly like the one that is in the car, except for the plug on it. It seems very slightly small, it was was really really hard to plug in the mating connector to it. I am very experienced electronics person, I have plugged in countless plugs/sockets of all times, including the Molex ones. With this one, I almost gave up and a final all hell break loose push and scream made the connector to slightly go into the contacts. Then one more final all hell break loose push made the connector go into the socket. There is no way it should be this hard to plug a socket.Other that that one issue, I saved about $250 by going to a repair shop. The repair shop had quoted ~$300.Overall, I am happy with this item, and if wasn't for that connector issue, it would have been perfect.

remove 3 Torx T25 screws, unplug the wiring plug. pull old motor. put new motor in. reinstall 3 screws. reconnect wiring harness.easy. any monkey with a screwdriver could do it.People complaining the plug is difficult to re-connect... you must be trying with mittens on. It worked perfecly fine..
