My two cats destroyed my screen door. Replaced it with this and they can’t make a single scratch. Works exactly as it should. Very durable and looks much better than patches. Worth the cost. It does come folded, but the dryer trick people mentioned to take the creases out works. I put mine on low for just a few minutes and the creases were gone. It is thick, so it does make it slightly darker, but it not enough to bother me. A little hard to install on a big door, better to have a second person to help. I’m sure on a smaller window it would be easier. I’m going to replace all of my screens with this.

I like this kit as it was inexpensive and comes with everything you need and more. I am currently rescreening my pool enclosure. I have completed over half and these tools have worked flawlessly. The roller tool itself works great. Just be careful and don't press to hard or it will cut your screen, as any roller will. It will take light to firm pressure, but not super hard. The pick helps to remove the old spline and screen from the tracks. it works very well and has helped up without bending or the tip breaking. The brush is nice so if you are rescreening, you can easily clean/remove any small pieces of the old screen, dirt, leaves or other small debris. The clips are the MVPs of rescreening. Sometimes they can be a little hard to squeeze, but they will hold the screen securely. I couldn't imagine doing this task without them. Some tricks I've learned as I've already rescreened about 250 sq/ft of my enclosure. When removing flat spline (might work for round too) once you get one end pulled out enough to get a good grip on it. Pull parallel with the track and away. This causes it slide in the track and will easily pull out of the track. When I pulled straight up it would constantly break or was harder in comparison to pulling parallel.Rescreening squares and rectangles are pretty simple and you can easily screen it wrinkle free and tight. If you are doing a panel that is a triangle, start with the angled side (non-square corners) first. It will be easier to get it tight. Save the two sides that form a right angle for last. When I did it this way I got it first time every time. When I didn't I would always have to pull spline out to pull the screen tight as wrinkles would form.

It has pretty much everything you need to, in my case, fix a screen.I have 2 screens that somehow came loose, the spline fell off, and the mesh was not held in place any more. The mesh was not torn, so all I have to do is to re-seat the spline. I choose this kit because it came with those clips. I was hoping the clips will hold the mesh in place so I can have a taut surface when I am done. The clips did the job fine for the first screen, but on the 2nd screen, maybe it is because the mesh has more sun exposure, it "cuts" the mesh as I forced the clip into the groove, so I cannot use it on the 2nd screen. It may not be the clip's fault as it worked fine on the first screen. Maybe the mesh is just too brittle due to sun exposure.Anyway, I am happy with the kit.

We use this to repair our back screendoor when the wind pushes it loose. It is an intuitive set.

This is a great kit tools are great quality. We find that the wheels may be a little bit too big for the RV screens and we headed cut one of the new screens we're putting in. We have used the hand tool and that has tremendously. The clips for the window are for house screen Windows and not for an RV.

Works, but tool is cheap, wheel loose and woobling.

All you need is screen and a knife! The clips firmly hold the screen in place while you install the spline. I had to use flat spline on my enclosure, but the kit was still very handy. Everything worked smoothly and the pick digs the old spline out like a champ! Okay attention and be sure to angle the concave wheel away from the good side of the screen or you'll risk cutting your screen. I'll get good use out of this kit.

This kit works but use it with care when pushing the tubing with the concave end of the tool. It's metal and it cut the aluminum screen and made holes, the very reason I was replacing it.

the spline was a little thin for my window frames, but the roller made the job much easier than the cheap one I was using before, the pick tool proved useful too.

This ended up making a bigger mess of my screen than just doing it by hand. The edges of the wheel roller are so sharp that they cut the inside edge of the screen and now it’s unrepairable without completely replacing the screen. The only part that I found the slights bit useful was the hook tool to pull out the old spline. The clips are not the right size and they only supply a single size that obviously isn’t going to work for every screen door. Not super impressed.

The roller was built nice, but it was too sharp and was cutting my screen while I was securing the rubber strip in the slot.
