How to Descale / Clean the Kettle?
1. Filling the kettle with 1 cup of vinegar or lemon juice and 2 cups of water.
2. Boiling the liquid and leave it for 2 hours, then use a cloth to clean and wipe.
3. Rinse the kettle with clean water, and dry with a soft, clean cloth.
4. Repeat as needed.
Note
It's normal if your kettle exposes spots or rust on the stainless steel bottom after the first use if the water quality in your area is so hard.
This kettle is suitable for altitudes below 2000 meters.
NOTE: This is wired for 120V voltage ONLY in North America. If you want to use it in other regions with different voltages, you will need an adapter and converter.
During the heating process of the kettle, micro-pressure steam will be discharged. Please wait for the water to boil for 1 minutes and turn off the power before opening the lid.

I purchased this item about 4 months ago, and I've used it on 3 trips so far. I honestly initially picked this kettle over others because it's the only one that was going to arrive in time for a trip to Disney where I wanted to be able to make good tea in my room, but I've been very satisfied with literally everything about it. I can't think of a single thing that I would want to improve.It's easy to use, has multiple temperature options, and packs up really easily (very easy to dry after use and the lid is pretty watertight, so you can make tea then put it right into your luggage). It even looks nice, and I like how sleek and unobtrusive it is.Attached is a photo showing the water temperature right after boiling (208'F), which I think is more than acceptable for black tea.It's a little too heavy to take on all my trips, but it's going to be a regular feature in my suitcase when I have room for it. I can never make good tea using hotel room coffee makers, so this kettle is a lifesaver on trips when I'm spending a lot of time in a hotel room or staying somewhere for a long time.

This travel kettle is fantastic! I’ve been using it several times a day, every week while traveling, and it’s still going strong in its third year.It fits perfectly in my carry-on for flights and slips easily into the side holders of my backpack for daily workshop visits. The temperature control is highly accurate—I prefer 212°F for my tea since I add milk. If I ever need a replacement, I wouldn’t hesitate to buy this again!

I think this is a great product, but I had a lot of difficulty pressing the on/off button. Could be I have weak hands (I am older). I was able to get it going a few times and it heated water quickly, that is great! But I could never RELIABLY get it started or set at the right temperature. It was hit and miss to start it which in the long term is not good. So, I returned it. Got a second one (delivery was fast) and the same problem was there. I returned that for a refund (acknowledged right away and refund showed up in about 10 days). Customer service was fantastic!Was it me or the product? I watched the review videos and the ones that include footage of the device being turned on included a beep sound when button was pressed to turn it on and I never heard that on the two I tried out. The beep mechanism did work as it beeped when the water reached temperature.My final thoughts are, this heats water fast, looks good, and is a compact size. If it doesn't work out for you, customer service is fast and great...so, if you like the looks of it and other reviews, it is worth a try.

I absolutely love this travel kettle. I use it at least 4-5 times a day to prepare tea mostly, but it is super convenient for heating water for oatmeal, instant soups, even hot chocolate! It is so super easy to heat the water, literally just takes a few minutes. The visual display is very easy to read and the timer is very audible and alerts me when ready—-ever-essential to keep me on task—-especially when I have a lot going on. With 4 temperature settings that can be started at a touch of the button…it is perfect for those crazy weekday/workday mornings.My favorite temp for my tea is 140 degrees, as that is the setting I found best to use if I want to drink tea right away. Having 4 different settings means you can find the perfect temperature for what you need…giving you lots of options. I have found I like using the higher temperature settings for when I am making drinks first thing in the morning to bring to work to enjoy HOT throughout the day. It heats up the perfect amount of water to fill up my favorite tumblers in a lightening fast amount of time.Originally when I got this, I was going to bring it to work every day…but I actually have been keeping this at home because I am afraid one day I will forget it at work, and be lost without it! It is the perfect size to bring to the office, or travel with. I also want to take it the next time I travel, because I am not a fan of hotel hot water kettles. This way I can bring my favorite teas with me to enjoy, even when I travel. So convenient!I love that it is made from food grade stainless steel, so I haven’t had any issues with staining, and it is easy to wash and clean. For reference, this has a high quality stainless finish inside the kettle is pretty similar to the highly popular stainless tumblers out there. The best part is that it is SO easy to pour and/or transfer liquids to another container because of its perfect design, size, and user-friendly style, and of course it being pink is just icing on the cake!I definitely recommend this for anyone who wants a high quality user-friendly kettle that heats up quickly, is reliable, and most of all, a timesaver!

This is hands down the best thing to have! Used by my partner when he does outdoor markets. He can make porridge and soup when he’s hungry! He has had soooooo many compliments and people wanting to get their own!

Disappointing. I was under the impression that the design was entirely portable. I have a portable ninja blender that holds its charge after being removed from the plug so I can use it anywhere. This is just a regular kettle in an insulated travel bottle. It has to be plugged in to heat up, not good for camping or any substantial traveling as you can not heat on the go without an available 3 prong outlet nearby. I was hoping for one I could turn on to heat my drinks while I’m not at home ie. at hockey games or in the car when I don’t have the option of plugging it in. Very disappointing.
