Love the look, heats up fast. Love the temperature gauge on the front because I don't always want my water to be boiling so I can turn it off at a certain temperature. Auto shut off feature is also great.

I removed one star as the shipping was delayed for almost a week. Normally not an issue, but I needed this to take to a hospital for a family member. Cute style, like SMEG but a fraction of the price. Definitely, not heavy duty, but if it lasts for a reasonable amount of time, I'll by happy.

It stop working just after 4 months of use. It will not turn off by itself. The outside is overheating so if you have small kids you have to keep it away from their rich. I will never buy this if I knew that.
