We recently installed a fairly expensive MOEN handheld shower that came with a stinking, lousy, cheesy plastic hose. We believe it was specifically manufactured to aggravate users. ...Probably cruel inside humor by the sadists who design these things. The stupid OEM hose would spring away from the shower wall and literally flip the shower head out of its holder. ...a few times, it happened in the middle of the night as the hose would cool down from use and then retain its shape-memory of being a straight pipe! Nope, not a poltergeist. It was the spirit of lousy engineers haunting us for being stupid enough to spend $150 on a crappy handheld shower assembly. Disgusting and frustrating!In lieu of an exorcism, our prayers were answered when I came across this replacement hose on Amazon. It has actually improved my life a great deal. It allows me the much-needed stress-free respite of a hot shower at the end of the day, knowing that I won't be wrestling a possessed shower hose afterwards. It installed easily as it has 1/2" female threads on each end -- same as any shower setup. It came with everything needed to install and the whole ordeal took 30 seconds or less to complete.Importantly, this new hose lays flat against the shower wall and looks great. It has a nice weight and feels robust. The finish is high quality and I expect it to last a long time. Of course, we wipe down anything that is oil rubbed bronze within the shower to prevent water spots. But by doing so, I am sure this hose will outlast the actual shower head it's attached to.I recommend this completely. Great product and fantastic seller. Order with confidence!

The OEM hose that came with our big name brand fixture was metal with a plastic liner. I had to use teflon tape when I originally installed it to get it to seal and while it did last a few years, it was never this flexible nor did it seal as well as this one. I removed the old one, removed the teflon tape remnants that remained, installed this one by hand (no tools needed) and voila! It's quite flexible, doesn't leak a drop and while I can't speak to longevity yet, first impressions are very, very good.

We recently installed a new shower head only to find the hose that came with it was basically useless. This Rivix 60 Inch PVC Shower Hose was a great replacement, though, and solved the leak problem immediately. It was easy to install, looks great and -- most importantly -- works great!

I got a dark handheld shower head, but it came with a crappy hose that kinked and just generally got in the way. All of the shower heads in the store that came with this kind of good hose were silver and wouldn't match my bathroom decor.This was an easy swap for my old shower head hose and improved my shower experience immensely! I'm so glad it matches my bathroom hardware!!
