Works like any other, but with great price. With any grinder, when they wear down, discard them, you'll waste too much time. they're not meant to be used much past the outer band anyway.

They are for aluminum and get the job done. Takes a decent amount of material off with minimal pressure with angle grinder. Reason for not giving 5 stars is they dont last long. Rock eats up fairly fast compared to dewalt aluminum rock.

The price on these were enticing so I got a pack of 10 to try out. I am a welder by trade and have used a variety of grinding wheels over the years (Dewalt, SAIT, etc). These Signi Aluminum grinding wheels start out very aggressive and it doesn't take much pressure to take off some serious material. The bad part is that once the wheel is broken in; it starts to deteriorate very quickly. I easily get 2-4x the life span out of a high quality grinding wheel compared to these. I won't be buying these again. Gave them 2 stars since they do work for what they are intended for, just not a high quality or long lasting product. I won't be buying again.
