The unit itself worked as expected. Fitted our Sirius boom box well. What we didn’t like is the three reps we had to talk with at Sirius to replace our older unit with this one.

I especially like the TuneMix function. After you have your presets programmed (extremely easy) for your favorite channels, you can press the TuneMix button & after each song plays it switches to another one of your favorites - AND - each time the channel changes it starts at the beginning of the song. Try that with ANY factory installed XM radio - won't work! Great display, rewind, fast forward, and pause at any time. Memory holds the last 30 minutes of the program. The matching boom box is loud and has more than enough bass! If you're still listening to FM - prepare for a very pleasant surprise.

It lasted 14 months now. When you use it only one out of four speakers works. I have the same dock in two different vehicles plus a portable XM Sirius radio. Only one speaker works no matter where you put it. I ordered another one put it in the dock and all four speakers go in both vehicles. If you buy this you're buying junk this is the second time I bought this brand of XM Sirius, radio or something like this happened. Make sure you buy the extended warranty.

Replaced my original ancient radio with the existing dashboard mount. The full color display with album art is a treat. I had to get used to it and not have it distract me from my driving. My original mount on top of the dashboard has the radio high up and having it at full brightness for daytime use which is distracting at night. Finding the right balance setting resolved that as best as possible. No mechanical diallike the original is great as the old one broke after 10+ years. No wireless remote control which I had but never used with the original. Very satisfied with this purchase!

I purchased this radio to replace an older radio/boombox I had..This radio came solo without any accessories which was what I needed.I had to transfer the subscription from the old radio to this one because it was lifetime.The subscription transfer cost more than the New radio.. Go figure..

I use this daily in my semi. It works great. I do wish they could do better with the cable for these instead of that thin center hair. The radio is excellent thou, it takes all of the shock of the gravel roads without fail.

I love my new radio. What an improvement over the stratus7 and better signal reception... 3 full bars and I have in the basement on the window edge. It also get channels in the 300's based on your plan. The sound is better than the stratus7 as it doesn't have the "underwater" sound to it. Hard to explain but it sounds better.

Works perfectly. Has only 21 favorite channel memory buttons. Older models have 31. But is really a nice radio. Is for XM channels not Sirius. Not a problem though, most of the channel lineups are the same.
