Sturdy, stable, and very effective for what I was trying to do. has my satellite mounted in my vent where it's not in the way of anything at all

I ordered this and the picture clearly shows 4 mounting holes to screw to docking station. What I received has zero mounting holes and much smaller in over all size. Can’t use it. Very disappointing.
