They are called drywall screws, but I use them for finish work due to the small heads. Square drive is secure, so no stripping and a much smaller hole to fill. Sometimes, I spray paint them the proper color. They take well to paint.

**UPDATE** After application of these screws, they were excellent.**Initial Review** I ordered these screws for a particular application. They arrived on time as promised. I "thought" I ordered the longer but after confirming the order I came up short.Nice screw, nice small head, it should tuck away nicely once driven into place.If one reads that as dirty, shame on you!I would buy them again and be more careful about length.Length & Girth Matter!
