I didn’t try it on snow so I don’t have anything to say on that. But seriously it worked great on the ice. I needed to sprinkle it pretty heavily but when I did, a few hours later the ice was either melted or thin enough to break apart and remove manually.

This stuff works great and is safe for pets. It is the only brand I will use.

The ice melt works well but there is no shaker top. It would be so much better if it didn't come out of the jug enmass.

This is the perfect ice melt for when you have a four legged friend or just want a high-quality deicer that you can rely on. I really appreciate the size and weight of the contain as it is easy to hold and shake out without hurting your back or shoulders. Each container has enough in it to last a while or through multiple storms. There was one storm that recently passed through where there was a lot of ice mixed in with the snow and this helped not only melt the ice but provided good amount of attraction for walking on the sidewalk. I will be ordering another container before the next storm rolls through later this week!

It really does a great job melting away snow and ice quickly. Yet this product is safe for cement steps, walkways and especially if it falls on grass.

I realize it’s been very cold here in Boulder, Colorado. We went down to -4°. But yesterday it was in the 20° range and the ice just did not melt on my front walkway. I was hoping this would work because I have a little Chihuahua that I don’t want to hurt or damaging in anyway from the toxic effects of ice melting products

I put this down as our warmer temperatures have caused 2-3†of ice to be exposed. Within a minute, you could literally hear the ice melting. I look forward to seeing how much is gone when I get home from work!

The pet has no reaction to the product safe for pets and trees and plants . I have been searching for other chloride free ice melt that has no color no dye. This is the only brand ice melt that has no chloride no dye in Amazon market and in Home depot in Canada I have been using it for three years . I cannot find other ice melt has no chloride and no dye. It can come with shaker top if you choose the option to order the ice melt that include the shaker jug . The shaker jug works well.One day before snowstorm , I sparked this brand ice melt on my front door steps driveway sidewalk then this ice melt can prevent the ice to be formed on the door steps sidewalk . I really want to receommend all of us to use this products. Thank you for providing the ice melt to my family . It s a blessing

The snow and ice melter doesn't melt snow or ice. Don't waste your money.
