*** Update ***This stand is perfect, very attractive, sturdy, and everything I expected it would be. At 1st I thought it was wobbly but it appears to be just fine. Great purchase and price.This is a very cute little stand and will be perfect for the tight area I have. It was so simple to assemble and the directions couldn't be more simple! I really love it except for the split shelves (2 halves side by side for each shelf). Maybe there is a reason but it chops up the stand a bit. Overall for the price is is great! I haven't put my fish tank on yet but will update when I do.The finish is like a combination of black and tobacco and blends in nicely with my dark cherry chest opposite of it. It has a couple minor imperfections in the steel frame but I've had that on every product with the same type frame and some cost over $100 so no worries, nothing stands out at all.

Easy to assemble and sturdy, looks great in our room, perfect for what we were looking for. Great value for the price. Just wanted a stand for our small tank and this one worked perfect. no stability issues

This stand is an economical way to display my 10 gallon aquarium. The box it came in was kinda small and heavy and I was worried at first. In actuality the frame is a sturdy steel and the reason the box is smaller than expected is that the shelves come in 2 pieces. Once assembled the stand is sturdy, looks stylish in my industrial style home. The shelves make is easy to keep all my fish supplies with the tank.

I have this stand set up with a 10-gallon tank on top, and it seems nice and sturdy. It was easy to put together, and I like having the storage underneath.I also REALLY like the screw-in adjusters on the bottom, which helped me get a nice even water level on a floor that slants quite a bit.That said, when I was sliding it into place, the wooden top pulled completely out of the screws. The metal frame is very solid and I have no qualms about the tank still being properly supported, but it was disappointing and also left a bunch of sawdust all over.

Stand itself has a visual appeal to it, but I was not expecting the shelf to come in 2 sections. There is a joint in the middle of the shelf that is nowhere level surface that I would feel safe to put a fish tank on. I may try to find a form surface to try to level out the tank otherwise I have a new light stand. I would not recommend for a fish tank but would work for a book shelf.

This fish tank stand, you have to mount to the wall if you have cats or small children. I come with a mounting strap and hardware. A smaller fish tank will be just fine, but a 10 gallon is very top heavy. The bottom will hold a 5 gallon with no problem, which in return would make it more sturdy. Each shelf come in to pieces I thought was strange. More support I surpose. Otherwise, very easy to put together. After a few tweaks I loved it so much I bought 2!
