I use this for retrieving the solids from my chicken stocks. It is sturdy, simple and cleans relatively easily. I like that it’s stainless; it replaced a more base metal skimmer.

I’ve been wanting one of these for awhile and so glad I chose this one! No more messy stovetop or several small spoons of pasta from one pan to another. The nice size of spoon surface makes for a quicker pasta dish. If I need to add pasta water I just use a small glass measuring cup which is not a big deal. This spoon is durable and will surely last me a long time.

I looked at this for a long time- why buy something you don't really need? Except everytime I needed one, I didn't have it. This was the best price, & if you read all the reviews for these things? Many are too short. THIS one is perfect.

Needed something for when we make french fries or fried chicken. I like that it's all metal, and no wooden handle. Quality product!
